November 16, 2005 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 024-05 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In the exigencies of the service and in view of the Travel Authority No. 187-05 dated 27 October 2005 authorizing Municipal Development Fund Office (MDFO) officials to participate in the World Bank Institute Study Tour on Municipal Finance and Capacity Building in Europe and United States of America from 26 November to 10 December 2005, Director MA. LOURDES V. DEDAL, Central Financial Management Office, this Department, is hereby authorized to sign the following documents for the entire duration of the study tour: 1. Box "B" (Approval of Payment) of the Disbursement Vouchers; 2. Countersigns Checks of MDFO; 3. Letter Advice for Tax remittance to Bureau of Internal revenue; and 4. Payroll and Payroll Credit System (PACS). The above-mentioned signing authority shall cover all types of funds being administered by the MDFO, whether general, special/project of trust funds.
