August 2, 2010 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 023-10 In the exigency of the service, Undersecretary GIL S. BELTRAN, in addition to his present duties and responsibilities as head of Domestic Finance Group, shall also be the Undersecretary for the Policy Development and Management Services Group (PDMSG). DaAISH Usec. Beltran shall continue to supervise the Bureau of Local Government Finance and shall likewise handle the Capital Market Development as far as tax issues are concerned. This amends Department Order No. 15-09, dated March 23, 2009. This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) CESAR V. PURISIMA Secretary
