October 21, 2005 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 023-05 ( Declared Superseded by D.O. 29-16) In the exigency of the service, the Board of Personnel Inquiry and Review (BOPIR) is hereby reconstituted and shall be composed of the following: Director Thelma A. Mariano Chairperson Director Lourdes Z. Santiago Member Director Ma. Lourdes V. Dedal Member Director Ma. Teresa S. Habitan Member The Legal Affairs Office shall act as its Secretariat.
