July 9, 2004 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 023-04 RECONSTITUTION OF THE TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP (TWG) OF THE DOF SPECIAL BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (DOF-SBAC) FOR CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND PENSION REFORM PROJECTS In the exigencies of public service, the Technical Working Group (TWG) of the DOF Special Bids and Awards Committee (DOF-SBAC) for Corporate Governance and Pension Reforms Projects, established under Department Order No. 4-04 (dated 19 January 2004) is reconstituted as follows: Abigail Barbara B. Sanglay Financial Analyst V Chairman Ramil E. Bugayong Legal Officer V Member Eutiquia C. Mutiangpili Budget Officer V Member Reina D. Cuarez Financial Analyst III Member All issuances or parts thereof inconsistent with this Department Order as far as the DOF-SBAC Technical Working Group's composition is concerned, are hereby revoked or modified accordingly.
