January 23, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 023-00 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the interest of the service, Undersecretary SOLOMON S. CUA is hereby authorized to sign appointments of personnel in the Department of Finance (Office of the Secretary) to all positions except those positions requiring Presidential appointments. LibLex In his absence, Undersecretary LILY K. GRUBA shall be the alternate signing authority. This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. (SGD.) JOSE T.
