Creating the Committee on Moral Reforms in the Department of Finance

SOTOMAYOR Administrative Officer V Personnel Services Division (PSD), PDMSG The Committee shall have the following functions and responsibilities: 1. Prepare Moral Renewal Action Plan (MRAP) for the Department of Finance in support of Administrative Order No. 255. 2. Initiate moral renewal activities for DOF officials and employees. 3. Continue implementation of Anti-corruption and Integrity Development Action Plan for DOF. 4. Formulate and recommend to Management policies, guidelines, systems and mechanisms necessary to implement the MRAP/Integrity Development Action Plan (IDAP). 5. Undertake oversight function in the implementation of the MRAP/IDAP and monitor its progress on a regular basis. 6. Submit reports on the progress of the implementation of the MRAP/IDAP to OP/PAGC. HEIcDT 7. Coordinate with government agencies and private organizations for available resources and assistance in the implementation of the MRAP/IDAP. 8. Establish working committees, if necessary, to assist the MRAP & IDAP in the implementation of measures to minimize graft and corruption. 9. Undertake other activities as may be deemed necessary to pursue its mandate. All orders inconsistent with this Department Order are hereby amended or modified accordingly.
