January 23, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 022-00 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the interest of the service, Undersecretary SOLOMON S. CUA is hereby authorized to sign requests for foreign travel (both official and personal) of officials and employees of this Department, including its bureaus and attached agencies except Department Undersecretaries and Heads of Bureaus and Attached Agencies. In his absence, Undersecretary LILY K GRUBA shall be the alternate signing authority. Requests for travel authority of said officials and other personnel delegations headed by said officials to negotiate loan agreements shall be signed by the Secretary of Finance. This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. (SGD.) JOSE T. PARDO Secretary
