June 10, 2008 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 021-08 ( Overtaken by D.O. 26-16) DESIGNATING UNDERSECRETARY CRISANTA S. LEGASPI AS OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE TO THE CENTRAL BANK BOARD OF LIQUIDATORS (CB-BOL) IN ACCORDANCE WITH EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 141-A In view of the resignation of Undersecretary Gaudencio A. Mendoza, Jr. and in line with the requirements of Executive Order No. 141-A, Undersecretary Crisanta S. Legaspi is hereby designated as the official representative of the Department of Finance to the CB-BOL. This Order takes effect immediately. (SGD.) MARGARITO B. TEVES Secretary
