July 25, 2007 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 021-07 RECONSTITUTING THE INTEGRITY DEVELOPMENT ACTION PLANS (IDAP)/INTEGRITY COMMITTEE IN THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE In the interest of the service, the Integrity Development Action Plans (IDAP)/Integrity Committee in the Department of Finance is hereby reconstituted as follows: Name Position Committee Position Lourdes Z. Santiago Director IV, CAO Focal Person Ma. Lourdes V. Dedal Director IV, CFMO Member Rosario C. Fuerte Chief Administrative Officer, PSD Member Ma. Luisa M. Notario Chief Administrative Officer, PSD Member Pietro Victorio M. Curio Chief Tax Specialist, ROG Member Ana Maria Y. Yalong Chief Tax Specialist, OSS Member Gundelberto B. Azanza Intelligence Officer III, RIPS Member Florencia S. Sotomayor Administrative Officer V, PSD Member The IDAP/Integrity Committee shall be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all activities related to the IDAP in the Department of Finance. It shall endeavor to adopt measures to curb corruption practices in the workplace through step-by-step implementation of IDAP doables. The Personnel Services Division shall act as Secretariat to the IDAP Committee. This Order amends Department Order No. 19-07 dated 28 June 2007 and takes effect immediately.
