September 8, 2005 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO . 021-05 In the exigency of the service, the Board of Personnel Inquiry and Review (BOPIR) is hereby reconstituted and shall be composed of the following: Assistant Secretary Gaudencio A. Mendoza, Jr. Chairperson Director Ma. Lourdes V. Dedal Member Director Ma. Teresa S. Habitan Member Director Thelma A. Mariano Member Director Lourdes Z. Santiago Member The Legal Affairs Office shall act as its Secretariat. This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. (SGD.) MARGARITO B. TEVES Secretary
