August 14, 2012 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 020-12 In the exigencies of service, the Committee on Rewards is hereby reconstituted as follows: Chairperson : Undersecretary Carlo A. Carag Revenue Operations & Legal Affairs Group Vice-Chair : Undersecretary Jeremias N. Paul, Jr. Domestic Finance Group Members : Director Lourdes Z. Santiago Central Administration Office Director Ma. Lourdes V. Dedal Central Financial Management Office The Committee shall convene immediately and designate its Secretariat. It shall have the authority to promulgate decisions and resolutions in connection with claims for rewards of informers of the Bureau of Customs (BOC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). It shall likewise have the authority to establish the guidelines, rules and regulations in the exercise of its function. Previous decisions, resolutions, acts, and proceedings of the Committee on Rewards are hereby approved, ratified, and confirmed by the undersigned. This Order supersedes Department Order No. 5-2011 and shall take effect immediately. All concerned may please be guided accordingly. (SGD.) CESAR V. PURISIMA Secretary
