January 26, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO . 020-00 In the interest of the service, the Task Force on DOF Canteen is hereby created as follows: Lourdes, Z. Corazon Reyes Member Attorney V, Hearing and Litigation Division Legal Affairs Office Atty. Eligio Macatangay Member President, DOFPEA Dir. Helen Navarro Member Bureau Local Government Finance The Committee shall review and evaluate the location, size and facilities of the DOF Canteen, the criteria for selecting canteen concessionaire to cater to the employees/officials of the Department and to its official functions and the terms and conditions of the contract under BOT scheme. A Committee report and recommendation shall be submitted to the Undersecretary, Policy Development and Management Services Group, for approval.
