June 8, 1999 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 019-99 (Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In the interest of the service, and in view of the letter dated May 24, 1999 of Regional Director Teodoro D. Tavita, Bureau of Local Government Finance, CARAGA Administrative Region XIII, Butuan City, OIC-Executive Director ANGELINA M. MAGSINO, Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF), this Department, is hereby authorized to attend the 2nd Quarterly Regional Conference of said region on June 23, 1999 to be held at Tandag, Surigao del Sur. The travel thereto of OIC-Executive Director Magsino, shall be considered on official business and she shall be entitled to transportation, per diems and other incidental expenses that may be incurred in connection therewith, chargeable against Bureau Funds, subject to the usual accounting and audit requirements.
