Attendance of Ms. Ma. Presentacion R. Montesa at the Leadership and Wellness Training Camp

March 20, 2009 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 019-09 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In the interest of the service, and in line with the continuous learning program of the Career Executive Service Board for Career Executive Service Officers, Ms. MA. PRESENTACION R. MONTESA, Executive Director, Bureau of Local Government Finance, is hereby authorized to attend the training on "Warning: Government Service is Dangerous to Your Health" (A Leadership and Wellness Camp), to be conducted by the CES C. I. R. C. L. E. Forum at Vista Marina Hotel, Olongapo City, on April 23-25, 2009. The use of the Bureau's official vehicle with Plate No. SHU-876 to be driven by Mr. Luis Genaro C. Arabia is, likewise, hereby authorized. The attendance of Director Montesa shall be considered on official business, and she shall be entitled to per diems and other incidental expenses. A registration fee of Eight Thousand Pesos (P8,000.00) shall also be paid in connection therewith, chargeable against Bureau funds, subject to the usual accounting and audit requirements. (SGD.)
