January 23, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 019-00 In the interest of the service, Undersecretary SOLOMON S. CUA is hereby authorized to sign Department Personnel Order designating Officer-in-Charge to discharge the duties and functions of the head of Division/Office in the absence of its regular incumbent. In his absence, Undersecretary LILY K GRUBA shall be the alternate signing authority. This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. (SGD.) JOSE T.
