June 6, 2008 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 018-08 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the interest of the service, Section "D" of Department Order No. 18-05, dated 28 July 2005, is hereby amended to read as follows: "D. Tax Debit Memos "Recommending Approval "Ms. GINALU N. CAMPANO, Head TCC Issuance & Application Division "(Mr. Melquiades D.C. Castillo, alternate signatory)" All previously issued orders, guidelines and regulations which are in conflict with this Department Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
