May 4, 2004 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 018-04 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) DESIGNATING EMMANUEL P. BONOAN AND RAMIL E. BUGAYONG AS THE OVER-ALL COORDINATOR AND DISBURSING OFFICER In the interest of the service, Undersecretary EMMANUEL P. BONOAN and Attorney RAMIL E. BUGAYONG are hereby designated as the Over-all Coordinator and Disbursing Officer, respectively, of the intelligence and confidential fund authorized by Executive Order No. 259 dated 17 December 2003.
