Designating Mr. Adolfo C. Calip, as Caretaker of the Finance Cottage, Located at Lower Engineer's Hills in Baguio City

CALIP, AS CARETAKER OF THE FINANCE COTTAGE, LOCATED AT LOWER ENGINEER'S HILLS IN BAGUIO CITY In the exigency of the service, Mr. ADOLFO C. CALIP, Administrative Aide V, is hereby designated as Caretaker of the Finance Cottage, located at Lower Engineer's Hill in Baguio City, vice Mr. Cesar D. Flora, Administrative Aide VI, whose six (6) months extension in the service will lapse on July 3, 2007. Mr. Francisco I. Sales, Head, PPS, Chairman, Messrs. Deomell C. Cuasay and Nonito G. Pagsisihan, Vice-Chairman and member respectively of the DOF Committee on Inventory, this Department, together with Mr. Adolfo C. Calip and a representative of the Auditor are hereby authorized to proceed to Baguio City on June 27-30, 2007 to see to it that a smooth and orderly transfer of responsibility and property accountability is effected. Their travel thereto shall be on official time, and their reasonable transportation expenses and per diem , chargeable against the appropriations of the department, are herein authorized. A written report on the transfer of responsibility and property accountability shall be submitted to the undersigned within five (5) days after their return to Manila.
