April 30, 2003 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 017-03 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigencies of the service, Director Ma. Teresa S. Habitan, concurrent to her position as Director IV of the Fiscal Policy and Planning Office, is hereby designated as Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Domestic Finance Group (DFG) in view of the secondment of Assistant Secretary Gil S. Beltran to the World Bank for the next two years. Dir. Habitan in addition to her present duties and functions is hereby authorized to exercise all powers and prerogatives, and perform all duties and responsibilities attached to the position of DFG Assistant Secretary.
