June 28, 2012 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 016-12 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigency of the service and in view of the forthcoming retirement of Director Visitacion A. Ugalino, Director III, Central Administration Office, Director THELMA A. MARIANO, Director IV, Revenue Office is hereby designated to sign all Purchase Orders (POs) and Job Orders (JOs). All orders, circulars, memoranda, issuances contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked and/or modified and all concerned shall be guided accordingly.
