March 23, 2009 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 016-09 In the interest of the service, Mr. MANUEL E. LEYCANO, JR., Provincial Treasurer of Laguna, is hereby ordered on detail at the Central Office of the Bureau of Local Government Finance, Manila, effective immediately, until further orders. In accordance with existing civil service rules and regulations, Mr. Leycano shall continue to draw his salary, allowances and other benefits from the Office of the Provincial Treasurer of Laguna, his regular station, during the period of his detail at the BLGF Central Office.
