July 11, 2005 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 016-05 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) DESIGNATION OF CARLITO YU AS THE DEPARTMENT'S REPRESENTATIVE TO THE ELIGIBILITY AND EVALUATION GROUP (EEG) OF THE JOINT BIDDING COMMITTEE (JBC) CONSTITUTED UNDER PRESIDENTIAL MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 30 In the exigencies of the service, Assistant Secretary Carlito Yu , is hereby designated as the Department's representative to the Eligibility and Evaluation Group (EEG) of the Joint Bidding Committee (JBC) constituted under Presidential Memorandum Order No. 30, series of 2001. AcICHD Undersecretary Nieves L. Osorio shall continue to represent the Secretary of Finance as his alternate to the Chairmanship of the JBC. All issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked or modified, as the case may be. This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. (SGD.) ROBERTO B.
