May 12, 2003 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 016-03 ( Declared Overtaken by D.O. 29-16) In the exigencies of the service, and due to the various movements of responsibilities and functions among the Undersecretaries, it is hereby reiterated that Undersecretary INOCENCIO P. FERRER, JR. heads the DOMESTIC FINANCE GROUP. Undersecretary FERRER, JR. likewise supervises, oversees and evaluates the performance of the following bureaus and attached agencies of the Department: BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE (BLGF), BUREAU OF TREASURY (BTr), CENTRAL BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS (CBAA), INSURANCE COMMISSION (IC), and SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION (SEC). Undersecretary FERRER, JR. no longer exercises oversight functions over the Intelligence Division of the CENTRAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION OFFICE, and has turned over his functions and responsibilities as CHIEF OF STAFF to Assistant Secretary EMMANUEL P. BONOAN. All issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked or modified, as the case may be. This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. cIHCST (SGD.)
