February 12, 2014 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 015-14 ( Declared Superseded by D.O. 29-16) In the interest of the service and the continuous improvement of the mandate of the Fiscal Intelligence Unit per DO No. 52-2013 and DO 10-2014, the detailment of the following personnel from the National Tax Research Center (NTRC) to the Fiscal Intelligence Unit (FIU) are hereby extended starting February 18, 2014: 1. Maricar M. Pimentel 2. Ma. Lourdes P. Ampatin 3. Elizabeth D. Bautista The above-mentioned personnel are authorized to travel, coordinate and attend meetings, and gather data to fulfil their functions in identifying potential revenue collections and recommending strategic improvements to the attached bureaus. Salaries and allowances (under Personnel Services) of above-named personnel shall be paid from the budget of the NTRC. All expenses incurred in connection with the implementation of the aforementioned activities shall be chargeable against the appropriation of the Department of Finance, including but not limited to travelling expenses, communication expenses subject to the usual budgetary, accounting and auditing rules and regulations. In addition, said personnel shall also be authorized to credit leaves for compensatory time off (CTO) for overtime services rendered as allowed under existing rules and regulations. Daily Time Records (DTRs) shall be approved by the Assistant Secretary of the Revenue Operations and Legal Affairs Group, their direct supervisor.
