March 23, 2009 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 015-09 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In the exigency of the service, Undersecretary CRISANTA S. LEGASPI, in addition to her present duties and responsibilities to oversee Privatization Office of the Corporate Affairs Group and the Privatization Management Office, shall head the Policy Development and Management Services Group (PDMSG). Likewise, Undersecretary GIL S. BELTRAN shall continue to head the Domestic Finance Group and supervise the Bureau of Local Government Finance and he shall handle the Capital Market Development as far as tax issues are concerned. All orders, circulars, memoranda and other issuances contrary to or inconsistent herewith are revoked/modified. This Order shall take effect immediately. CTEacH (SGD.) MARGARITO B. TEVES Secretary
