May 12, 2008 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 015-08 ( Declared Superseded by D.O. 29-16) In the exigency of the service, the Committee on Rewards is hereby reconstituted as follows: Chairperson : Usec. Estela V. Sales Legal and Revenue Operations Group Vice-Chair : Usec. Jeremias N. Paul Corporate Affairs Group Members : Usec. Crisanta S. Legaspi Privatization Office Dir. Lourdes Z. Santiago Central Administration Office Dir. Ma. Lourdes B. Recente Research Information Office The Committee shall convene immediately and designate members to its Secretariat. The Committee may likewise invite the attendance of such persons as it may deem necessary to properly discharge its functions. The Committee is hereby ordered to submit to the Secretary of Finance an inventory and status report of all pending rewards claims. Henceforth, all approvals must also submitted for the information of the Secretary of Finance prior to release/issuance. This Order supersedes Department Order No. 2-06 and shall take effect immediately. All concerned may please be guided accordingly. (SGD.) MARGARITO B. TEVES Secretary
