April 21, 2006 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 015-06 ( Overtaken by D.O. 26-16) DESIGNATING MS. FLORENCIA SOTOMAYOR AS SPECIAL DISBURSING OFFICER FOR THE DOF 109TH FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY In the exigency of the service and in preparation for the forthcoming DOF 109th Foundation Anniversary on 24-28 April 2006, Ms. FLORENCIA SOTOMAYOR , Administrative Officer V, Personnel Services Division is hereby designated as Special Disbursing Officer for the occasion. In support thereto, Ms. Sotomayor is hereby authorized to have a cash advance in the amount of one hundred forty five thousand six hundred pesos (P145,600.00.) to defray miscellaneous expenses for said occasion, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
