March 22, 2004 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 015-04 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) AUTHORIZING USEC. EMMANUEL P. BONOAN TO SIGN GIVEN DOCUMENTS IN VIEW OF THE OFFICIAL TRIP ABROAD OF USEC. NIEVES L. OSORIO In the exigency of the service and in view of the official trip abroad of Undersecretary NIEVES L. OSORIO to New Delhi, India on March 23-27, 2004 to attend the STOP TB FORUM , Undersecretary EMMANUEL P. BONOAN is hereby authorized to sign the following: 1. Request for foreign travel authority (both official and personal) of officials and employees of this Department, including its bureaus and attached agencies, except Department Undersecretaries and Heads of Bureaus and Attached Agencies; 2. Department Personnel Orders for local travels and attendance in local seminars, workshops and other training programs; and 3. Box A of the Disbursement Voucher. Likewise, Director SOLEDAD EMILIA J.
