May 12, 2003 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 015-03 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigencies of the service, ATTY. LEON L. ACUNA, ATTY. NAPOLEON GUERRERO, and ATTY. PANCHO GARONG, IO5, CMIO, are authorized to investigate, file charges against, and prosecute or assist other government agencies or bodies in the prosecution of, personnel of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Bureau of Customs regarding any offenses, criminal or administrative, that they may have committed or are committing during their terms in office within those bureaus.
