March 2, 1999 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 014-99 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In the exigencies of the service, Assistant Secretary Juan Jose Rodom T. Fetiza is hereby designated as Chairman of the Board of Personnel Inquiry and Review (BOPIR) vice Undersecretary Lily K. Gruba.
