March 2, 2009 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 014-09 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) Pursuant to Department Order No. 10-06 dated March 01, 2006 assigning the Department of Finance (DOF) as the agency for the implementation of the Valuation Component of the Land Administration and Management Project Phase 2 (LAMP 2) and in view of the recent appointment of Undersecretary Roberto B. Tan, Treasurer of the Philippines, Executive Director MA. PRESENTACION R. MONTESA is hereby designated DOF Senior Focal Official for LAMP 2. As such, Executive Director Montesa shall act as the Chairperson of the DOF Valuation Management Committee and shall provide the DOF Secretary with regular updates relative to the project. In addition, the Senior Focal Official shall provide policy guidance to the Property Valuation Staff (PVS) and shall expedite the implementation of valuation reform activities.
