May 13, 2008 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 014-08 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) DESIGNATING UNDERSECRETARY ESTELA V. SALES AS CHAIRMAN OF THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT PROPERTIES IN JAPAN AS CREATED BY PRESIDENTIAL MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 79, SERIES OF 2002 In view of the resignation of Undersecretary Gaudencio A. Mendoza, Jr. and in line with the requirements of Presidential Memorandum Order No. 79, series of 2002, prescribing the composition of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) for the Development of the Philippine Government properties in Japan, USEC.
