June 17, 2005 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 013-05 RECONSTITUTIONS OF THE BOARD OF PERSONNEL INQUIRY AND REVIEW (BOPIR) In the exigencies of the service, the Board of Personnel Inquiry and Review (BOPIR) is hereby reconstituted and shall be composed of the following: SDHTEC Assistant Secretary Jude B. Ocampo Chairperson Director Ma. Lourdes V. Dedal Member Director Ma. Teresa S. Habitan Member Director Thelma A. Mariano Member Director Lourdes Z. Santiago Member The Legal Affairs Office shall act as its Secretariat. This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. (SGD.) CESAR V. PURISIMA Secretary
