February 23, 2004 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 013-04 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) ADDITIONAL TASKS FOR MS. GRACE B. ROXAS AND DONNA ETHEL GIANAN In the exigency of the service, pursuant to Executive Order No. 252, "Transferring the Assets, Functions, Funds, Personnel and Records of the Municipal Development Fund Office to an Affiliate Corporation of the Land Bank of the Philippines and for Other Purposes," directing the Creation of the Municipal Fund Corporation, Mesdames Grace B. Roxas, Acting Chief Accountant and Donna Ethel Gianan, Special Associate of the Municipal Development Office, are hereby ordered to give priority to these additional tasks, as follows: Coordinate with the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), Department of Finance (DOF) in securing and completing the registration of Municipal Finance Corporation's (MFC) registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission; Assist in the preparation of the appropriate type of organization structure of MFC that would support the business plan and financial character it would like to establish and maintain, and submit the proposed organizational structure to the DOF Secretary and the Policy Governing Board (PGB) of MDFO or its successor for approval; Coordinate with DOF and MDFO officials to help develop a plan of action for the transfer of assets, liabilities and personnel of the MDFO to the MFC, and submit this plan of action to the undersigned and the PGB or its successor for approval; Participate in meetings where the organization and operationalization of MFC are discussed; and All other work necessary to finalize the completion of the registration and operationalization of MFC. This Order takes effect immediately until MFC has been registered unless revoked by the undersigned. All concerned shall be guided accordingly. (SGD.) JUANITA D. AMATONG Secretary
