May 7, 2003 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 013-03 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the interest of the service, Assistant Secretary JEREMIAS N. PAUL, JR. is hereby designated Officer-in-Charge of the Corporate Affairs Group-Corporate Operations Office effective 12 May 2003 until the return of Undersecretary Nieves L. Osorio who will be on official travel to Washington D.C. U.S.A. to attend the Study Tour for Philippine Government Officials on Fiscal Discipline in the Budget and Appropriations Process to be held from 12 to 16 May, 2003.
