March 22, 2013 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 012-13 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigency of the service and in view of the personal travel of the Undersecretary for the Corporate Affairs Group (CAG) to Japan, Assistant Secretary Soledad Emilia F.
