April 28, 2003 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 012-03 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigencies of the service, Assistant Secretary EMMANUEL P. BONOAN is hereby designated as CHIEF OF STAFF vice Undersecretary Innocencio P. Ferrer, Jr. In the exercise of his functions, Assistant Secretary Bonoan shall report directly to the Secretary of Finance.
