February 21, 2011 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 011-11 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigency of the service and in view of the official trip abroad of Undersecretary Gil S. Beltran for one (1) week effective February 21, 2011, Assistant Secretary MA. TERESA S. HABITAN is hereby designated as alternate signatory for Travel Authority both official and personal travels of personnel of DOF, its Bureaus and Attached Agencies and Department Personnel Order of DOF personnel where Undersecretary Beltran is the official signatory.
