Designation of Assignments and Responsibilities in Connection with the Extension of the LAMP Phase 1 Project

February 24, 2004 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 011-04 ( Declared Overtaken by D.O. 29-16) SUBJECT : Designation of Assignments and Responsibilities in Connection with the Extension of the Phase 1 of the Land Administration and Management Project (LAMP) In the interest of the service and to ensure an efficient and effective implementation of LAMP1's extension, the National Tax Research Center (NTRC) is hereby designated as the lead agency thereof: In this connection, the NTRC shall have the following functions and responsibilities: 1. Prepare the corresponding workplan and financial plans relative to the project undertaking, set up the appropriate working unit thereof and manage all resources that will be made available for the project; 2. Supervise and/or coordinate the conduct of activities necessary to implement the various aspects of the project undertaking in cooperation with the Technical Assistance Team and the Project Management Office (PMO) for LAMP; 3. Prepare periodic reports of accomplishments relative to said project undertaking; and 4. Exercise such other functions and responsibilities as may be deemed necessary to ensure the completion of the project. The NTRC shall likewise coordinate its efforts in this regard with the DOF Steering Committee composed of representatives from the DOF proper, Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). All concerned agencies including, among others, the BLGF and the BIR, are hereby instructed to extend all possible support and/or assistance, as may be required by the NTRC and the Project.
