April 21, 2003 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 011-03 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigency of the service and in preparation for the forthcoming DOF 106th Foundation Anniversary on 24 April 2003, Ms. LILIA R. TAN, Administrative Officer IV, General Services Division is hereby designated as Special Disbursing Officer for the occasion. In support thereto, Ms. Tan is hereby authorized to have a cash advance in the amount of nineteen thousand eight hundred pesos (P19,800.00) to defray miscellaneous expenses for said occasion, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
