February 5, 2014 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 010-14 In the exigencies of service, the Fiscal Intelligence Unit (DOF-FIU) is hereby placed under the Revenue Operations and Legal Affairs Group of the Department of Finance. HSAcaE Notwithstanding the foregoing, no provision in this Department Order shall be interpreted to remove the supervision and control of the Secretary of Finance over the DOF-FIU. All orders, circulars, memoranda, issuances contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked and/or modified, and all concerned shall be guided accordingly.
