April 23, 2012 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 010-12 ( Overtaken by D.O. 26-16) SERVICE AWARDS FOR DOF RETIREES In accordance with the CSC-approved DOF Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) and as agreed by the PRAISE Committee in its meeting of April 20, 2012, the following former employees of this Department who retired on the dates indicated opposite their names are hereby granted a cash service awards of Three Thousand Pesos (PhP3,000.00) each: Retirees Date of Retirement 1. Vicente M. Landicho January 22, 2011 2. Celso B. Dimalihan January 24, 2011 3. Teresita G. Atienza November 12, 2011 4. Ofelia D. Santos July 1, 2011 5. Claricel Mulato July 1, 2011 6. Belen M. Bautista January 15, 2012 7. Imelda H. Razo January 31, 2012 The Cash Service Award is given in recognition of their dedicated service and valuable contribution to the efficient delivery of public service while in the employ of this Department. EScAHT To be more meaningful, the awarding of said Service Award shall be done on April 24, 2012 during the 115th Anniversary celebration of the Department of Finance.
