February 9, 2004 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 010-04 AUTHORIZING MS. MIRASOL E. GARCIA AS SIGNATORIES OF ALL DOCUMENTS In the exigencies of the service, Ms. Mirasol E. Garcia, Planning Officer III of the Municipal Development Fund Office (MDFO), is hereby authorized to sign the following: 1. Certifies all Disbursements Vouchers of MDFO; and 2. Countersigns Checks and Letter Advices of MDFO P500,000.00 and below. The above-mentioned delegation of authority shall cover all types of funds being administered by the MDFO, whether general, special/project or trust funds. All orders, circulars, memoranda, issuance contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked/modified and all concerned should be guided accordingly. This Order takes effect immediately.
