February 18, 1999 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 009-99 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigencies of the service, Assistant Secretary Gil Beltran is hereby designated the approving authority for disbursement vouchers covering the claim of former Undersecretary Antonio P. Belicena for terminal leave and retirement benefits. Assistant Secretary Beltran is hereby further authorized to countersign the checks for the purpose. cdlex This amends Department Order No. 53-98 dated 5 August 1998.
