Additional Duties and Functions to NTRC OIC-Executive Director Trinidad A. Rodriguez

March 12, 2013 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 009-13 In connection with the designation of Ms. Trinidad A. Rodriguez as the OIC-Executive Director of the National Tax Research Center (NTRC), her authority to perform the duties and functions appurtenant to the position of Executive Director is hereby expanded to include the appointment and promotion of NTRC employees, until the appointment and assumption of office of an Executive Director. DcIHSa Relative to the designation of Ms. Teresita L. Solomon as the OIC-Deputy Executive Director of the NTRC, she shall be authorized to perform the duties and functions appurtenant to the position of Deputy Executive Director, until the appointment and assumption of office of a Deputy Executive Director.
