April 13, 2012 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 009-12 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) Anent to DPO No. 82-2012 dated February 22, 2012 and in the exigency of the service, the Petty Cash Fund granted to Ms. ELISA D. ESTRADA, Administrative Officer V of the Cashier Section, is increased from One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) to Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P250,000.00) to cover necessary and emergency expenses in connection with the forthcoming 45th ADB Annual Meeting hosted by the Republic of the Philippines through the Department of Finance to be held on May 02 to 05, 2012. Ms. Estrada is required to replenish the petty cash fund as frequently as necessary or as soon as it reached 80% and immediately liquidates the same after the purposes for which the same was granted in accordance with existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations. She is also required to observe the standard rules and procedures in handling petty cash fund. Further, this Order supersedes DPO No. 135-2012 dated April 12, 2012.
