February 8, 2011 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 009-11 ( Declared Superseded by D.O. 29-16) Pursuant to Article XIII of the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) between this Department and the Department of Finance (Proper) Employees Association (DOFPEA) which provides for the creation of a Union-Management Council wherein matters that affect employee interests and management prerogatives may be discussed including the grant of CNA Incentive, the Union-Management Council is hereby reconstituted with four (4) representatives from the Department and four (4) from DOFPEA. The Department shall be represented by Assistant Secretary Ma. Teresa S. Habitan, Director Lourdes Z. Santiago, Director Ma. Lourdes V. Dedal and Director Stela B. Montejo. DOFPEA shall be represented by Nelson A. Guarino, Melquiades D.C. Castillo, Emmanuel P. Castro, Jr. and Carlo V. Baloloy.
