January 29, 2004 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 009-04 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) OVER-ALL SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT BY ASST. SEC. EMMANUEL P. BONOAN OVER ALL ASPECTS OF THE DISPUTE BETWEEN SGS SOCIETE GENERAL DE SURVEILLANCE AND THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT In the exigency of the service Assistant Secretary Emmanuel P. Bonoan will, on the part of this Department, have over-all supervision and management over all aspects of the dispute between SGS Societe General de Surveillance and the Philippine Government and shall report directly on this matter to the Secretary of Finance. Assistant Secretary Bonoan will also be in charge of coordinating with the other agencies of government that are necessary to this effort. This order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) JUANITA D.
