June 18, 2002 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 009-02 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigencies of the service, the Board of Personnel Inquiry and Review (BOPIR) is hereby reconstituted and shall be composed of the following: Assistant Secretary Emmanuel P. Bonoan Chairperson Director Ma. Lourdes V. Dedal Member Director Thelma A. Mariano Member Director James H. Roldan Member Director Lourdes Z. Santiago Member The BOPIR shall continue to perform its functions outlined in Department Order No. 64-98 (copy attached). This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) ISIDRO N. CAMACHO Secretary
