January 28, 1999 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 008-99 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the interest of the service and for the continuous operation of the CENTER during the absence of its Administrator, Undersecretary Solomon S. Cua, and Assistant Secretary Gil S. Beltran from 29 January to 08 February 1999, the following are hereby authorized to sign the following documents: Tax Credit Certificates (issued under the Investment Incentive Group) Executive Director Alberto R. Salanga and Ernesto Q. Hiansen llcd Tax Debit Memos Executive Director Alberto R. Salanga and Ernesto Q. Hiansen All previously authorized signatories as contained in Department Order No. 60-98 dated 16 September 1998 shall remain in effect.
